Even before we personally met Julie we knew we were in good hands. From making the appointments to the final closing signature, she was right there with us. She advocated for us and made sure we understood and were informed every step of the way. She will be our referral for everyone and our go to when we make real estate inquiries in the future.

From the very first contact Julie was very responsive to what we were looking for and advised us each step of the way through every detail of the negotiations and up to closing. We called her several times for advice or to see a home and she was lightening fast on getting back to us and very accommodating in working with our timeline. Her team was also very professional and we had the smoothest on time closing possible.

Julie was very easy to work with as a first time Buyer. Had a pulse on everything once we selected properties we wanted to see. Also provided lists of vendors that we could use for things throughout the buying process.

Julie did a great job with listing my condo. She went over and above to make sure everything was right and the open houses went well. After my contract, she would check on the place at least weekly to make sure everything was secure until the closing. Julie is great to work with and she takes her job seriously and is always available when you need her. I would highly recommend Julie as a Realtor, and will use her again in the future.

We first met Julie on a professional level and ended with a new member of the family. She cares for both her listing client and goes above and beyond in marketing / open houses / and showings. She demands only what is in the best interest for her client and advises in a very calming manor when asked her professional opinion.
